Year 6 learnt all about Blessed John Henry Newman. We feel so proud that there will be another English Saint. On 1 July 2019, the Vatican announced that he will be canonised with four others by Pope Francis on 13 October 2019. He will become the fifth saint of the City of London.

Preparation for Brother Andrew's visit to school.

the liturgy team for year 6 worked with Liturgy teams from across the school to prepare morning prayers and a welcome for our very special visitor! Well done to our new Reception children who joined in beautifully!

Parish Mass

Fr Michael looks forward to welcoming every family to a week end Mass each week.

As Catholics we promise to bring our children to church each week when they are baptised.  To support families to do this each parish has a children’s liturgy which is a lovely way for children to celebrate Mass .

Mass of the sick with Year 6 9th February 2018

Today, Father Michael celebrated Mass with us and we prayed for vocations. This year Pope Francis will ask the Synod of Bishops to help the Church think about how they can help young people discern God's calling in their lives. During his homily Father taught us about Exposition and the Monstrance and we took part in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament immediately after Mass.

Our school family

Today we had a lovely visit from one of our mum’s accompanied by her mum.

Sadly her Grandad had passed away – Dennis Timothy Waite – but they wanted to pass onto school a donation in remembrance of their Dad/Grandad/Great Grandad.

We would like to pass on our condolences to your family and our thanks for Mr Waites kindness in thinking of our school family.
